Challenge Steps Step 1: Reflect on your strengths and limits as an IB Learner. Step 2: Identify and choose one attribute to concentrate on throughout the semester. Step 3: Conduct empathy interviews with individuals in your life who you belief demonstrate these attributes. Step 4: Find academic resources to help you understand what psychology says about improving these attributes. Step 5: Brainstorm ideas and steps that can be taken to improve on this attribute. Step 6: Implement these strategies into your life to show improvement. Step 7: Create biweekly posts on your Google Forms Blog. This will be used for you and your teacher. Step 8: Meet with your teacher and an important adult in your life to share your experiences in regards to this attribute. Plan for the future.
